Developed psychology-driven brand strategy using archetypal frameworks to differentiate in a crowded market, then directed complete vertical business integration—retail store design and buildout, delivery service infrastructure, e-commerce platform, packaging systems, and supply chain coordination. Steered $2.5M development budget while leading cross-functional teams (design, retail, operations, marketing, logistics) through complex multi-phase launch. Established "Five Marketing WE Pillars" strategic framework and directed all brand touchpoint production, including video commercials, billboard campaigns, email marketing, in-store experiences, and customer journey optimization.
