The Mandate: Rebuild the brand and operational foundation to support growth in the U.S. aftermarket space—aligning identity, marketing, and manufacturing systems. The Work: Led a full brand transformation, including logo, color system, typography, and comprehensive brand guidelines. Designed and launched a B2B-focused website, sales materials, and trade show environments to clearly communicate capabilities and elevate market presence. In parallel, restructured manufacturing operations using lean methodologies—redesigning production workflows across ovens and assembly lines to improve efficiency, consistency, and throughput. Standardized processes from product start to completion, creating a more logical and scalable production system.
