As the Creative Director for ManifestSeven, I significantly boosted the success of company brands, marketing strategies, and advertising campaigns by introducing innovative departmental processes. These initiatives led to increased revenue and enhanced social media engagement. One of my notable achievements was the creation and launch of MyJane, a women's-focused subsidiary company. My aim was to develop a brand dedicated to all women, featuring products from women-owned and operated brands and offering monthly subscription boxes tailored exclusively for women. Additionally, I directed promotional ads and developed creative products, establishing MyJane as a groundbreaking female-focused brand that pioneered women's presence in the cannabis industry.
