MAYOR OF LOS ANGELES
Founder & Principal — House of Puckett The Context: A highly competitive mayoral race in one of America’s largest cities required a brand that could communicate complex policy positions—including homelessness, crime, housing, and the economy—while connecting with more than 4 million residents across 15 diverse council districts. The Mandate: Develop a complete political brand, messaging platform, and integrated campaign that could clearly communicate the candidate’s vision across every major voter touchpoint. The Work: Created the campaign’s brand strategy, positioning, visual identity, and creative execution from concept through launch. Designed and produced the campaign website, video advertising, digital advertising, policy infographics, social media content, fundraising materials, print collateral, and a three-phase citywide billboard campaign. Translated complex policy issues into clear, engaging visual communications while maintaining a consistent campaign identity across every platform. The Outcome: Reached more than 4 million Angelenos with a cohesive brand and messaging system, establishing a recognizable campaign identity across digital, print, outdoor, and video channels. Built a scalable creative platform that unified all campaign communications throughout the election cycle. This keeps it consistent with the rest of your portfolio while immediately reinforcing that this was your own consultancy, not agency work. For Stand Together, the political campaign experience is also directly relevant because it demonstrates behavior-change communications, public messaging, and mission-driven storytelling.
