LUCAS GROUP Creative Director — Lucas Group The Context: A private investment holding firm required a cohesive brand to represent a diversified portfolio of subsidiaries across manufacturing, marketing, and real estate. The existing identity lacked clarity, scale, and the credibility expected of a parent organization overseeing multiple operating companies. The Mandate: Establish a corporate brand that could function as a unifying “shell” across a growing portfolio—while maintaining flexibility to support varied industries, acquisitions, and long-term expansion. The Work: Led the development of the Lucas Group brand from the ground up, including logo, visual identity, color system, typography, and digital presence. Designed a restrained, corporate-forward brand language to signal scale, stability, and long-term value. Built the company website and core communications framework to clearly position the firm’s investment thesis and operating model. Oversaw creative direction across all subsidiaries—including Power Manufacturing, We R Exhibits, Katherine Frank Creative, ExoTek3, and OUTLIER—ensuring brand consistency, operational alignment, and scalable creative systems across the portfolio. The Outcome: Established a credible, enterprise-level brand foundation capable of supporting acquisitions, portfolio growth, and cross-company alignment—positioning Lucas Group as a structured, scalable investment platform.
