As the Global Creative Director for GoDigital Media Group, I oversaw all creative departments across ten subsidiary companies and produced a comprehensive analytical report detailing creative processes, structures, talent, budgets, and strategic recommendations. My focus was developing a centralized creative service system for the entire corporate organization, establishing a clear roadmap to achieve these goals with brands such as BOB’s Stores, YogaWorks, and Eastern Mountain Sports (EMS). I spearheaded the revitalization of the EMS vintage brand, which involved expanding its reach, refining its look and feel for the modern era, establishing comprehensive brand guidelines, redesigning the website, and directing promotional materials and commercials. Through these efforts, EMS is poised for a prosperous future after 60 years in business.
