The Challenge: Build a tech-driven brand and dual-platform app (B2C and B2B) from the ground up in the cannabis tech space, with a seamless UX that attracts both consumers and business clients while differentiating in a market with competing apps like Weedmaps, Eaze, and Leafly. My Role: Creative Director, ManifestSeven What I Did: Led complete brand and product development for Capno, managing a team of 5 UI/UX designers and developers through the 0-to-launch process. Developed visual identity and designed intuitive app experiences for both consumer and business platforms, conducting 6 rounds of user testing with 200+ participants to optimize conversion and retention. Built a vibrant color system strategically chosen for brand recognition across demographics. Directed all design aspects, including UI/UX, website, app iconography, and multi-channel marketing campaigns. Managed $200K development budget while coordinating with engineering teams to ensure design feasibility. The Impact: Launched a dual-platform app, achieving 15,000+ downloads in the first 6 months.
