BLACKHAWK NETWORK
Art Director — Quantasy + Associates The Context: Blackhawk Network was expanding its international ecosystem across gifting, rewards, and transactional platforms spanning B2B and B2C audiences. Multiple offerings existed within the same space, but lacked clear differentiation, cohesive identity systems, and consistent positioning across global markets. Complex financial and transactional products needed to be translated into simple, human-centered experiences that could resonate with both enterprise buyers and end consumers. The Mandate: Design and develop distinct yet connected brand identities for three international offerings—Wondr, Dlyte, and One4all—creating a scalable system that clarifies positioning, supports global rollout, and bridges B2B infrastructure with consumer-facing experiences. The Work: Led art direction in collaboration with strategists, writers, and client stakeholders to design a cohesive international brand system. Developed logo identities and visual languages for Wondr, Dlyte, and One4all—each representing a different layer within the gifting and rewards ecosystem. Established clear conceptual territories: connection and engagement for Wondr, joy and ease of gifting for Dlyte, and universal choice for One4all. Designed systems that translated complex financial products into approachable, emotionally resonant brand experiences, particularly within One4all’s consumer-facing gift card ecosystem. Built flexible identity frameworks that scale across digital platforms, retail environments, enterprise communications, and global distribution channels. The Outcome: Delivered a modernized, scalable brand system that clarified the relationship between B2B platforms and consumer-facing products within Blackhawk Network’s ecosystem. Strengthened differentiation across audiences, improved accessibility of complex transactional offerings, and created a foundation for global rollout and continued expansion.
